does not take all 3 tracts, bidding will then commence on the
remaining property & the highest bidder will be offered
his choice of the unsold tracts or all remaining unsold tracts.
Bidding will continue until all 3 tracts are sold. Each sale
will be final & sold tracts will not be again offered in
any other combination. Tracts will be sold to the highest bidder
with no reserved bid. 15% down payment will be required the
day of the auction & Buyer(s) shall sign a real estate
contract requiring the balance to be paid by Certified Funds
at closing on or before May
15th, 2006 . Bids are not contingent upon financing & Buyer(s) is required
to arrange for any necessary financing prior to the auction.
